ABOUT DR. JUSTIN TERNES, DPT

A Foundation in Movement and Health: Dr. Ternes' journey in physical therapy began with his profound interest in life, movement, spirit, health, and community. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, he has always been driven by a desire to enhance physical and emotional well-being through innovative methods.

Integrating Holistic Practices: While practicing in North County San Diego, Dr. Ternes enriched his physical therapy approach by incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and stress reduction techniques, providing a more rounded healing experience.
