  1. Two 50-minute sessions each month: Every session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, combining techniques like breathwork, mindfulness meditation, movement, and cold-exposure coaching for maximum impact.

  2. Direct access to Justin between sessions: Stay supported with on-call access (Monday-Friday) for questions, guidance, or quick check-ins to ensure you’re always on track.

  3. Access to the 'Breath for Stress' online course ($100 value): Dive into a comprehensive, self-paced program that complements your coaching journey.

  4. Online client portal: Easily access session recordings, exercises, and resources to continue progressing between coaching sessions.
