As a Breathwork Specialist, Dr. Ternes uses principles of breath to support men in releasing stress, building strength, connecting to 'self', and finding a more clear path towards health, growth, and purpose.
Men's Group... aka "Dude Group" is a space for guys to be raw and real.

The intention of this offering is to create a container that holds a unique blend of breathwork, mindset & performance philosophy, science-based health protocols, and psychophysiology practices.
Dr. Ternes has been mastering his craft of group facilitation and has trained under some of the worlds best men's group leaders. He's guided hundreds of men into powerful transformations. He leads from a place of openness, groundedness, and vulnerability.
